    Currently digging Florence and the Machine -- I love the mix of styles and influences, from gospel and dance, and I love the look she sports in the "You've Got The Love" and "Drumming" videos. (She looks like one of Robert Heinlein's redhead female lead archetypes... I realize that this comparison may be offsetting to some, but I don't intend it as such. For me, that means <3. ) She's got a great voice and the Lungs album makes a great album to work to.

    Other than that... I've recently downloaded
    My Morning Jacket (after hearing "One Big Holiday" on Guitar Hero 5)
    Vedera
    Sage Francis - Saw the "Got Up This Morning" music video and had to have the track.

    I'm all about Clem Snide right now, although this isn't my favorite song on the recent album. I like it but I like others more.

    A dubstep mix retelling Jeff Wayne's musical version of war of the worlds, sampling the original narratives by Richard Burton, Phil Lynott and David Essex.
